EMICOL's Privacy Policy was created to demonstrate our commitment to treating personal data with security, privacy and transparency.

This Policy describes our guidelines for collecting, processing, storing and protecting personal information in the treatment of personal data as the Controller, when decisions regarding the processing of personal data will be up to EMICOL.

Calls to the Customer Service Channel: Communications with our Customer Service Center may be recorded or listened to, in accordance with applicable laws, for local operational needs (eg for quality reasons or training).
