Emicol, a Brazilian multinational that this year completes 55 years of history, is a leader in the manufacture and development of electronic solutions and components for laundry, refrigeration and cooking. Operating in more than 25 countries on 5 continents, the company followed the necessary safety protocols in times of a pandemic and reduced face-to-face contact between its employees. However, even with this scenario, the Human Resources department needed to maintain service to the internal public, and went in search of a solution that would provide agility in the processes, effectiveness and practicality, without neglecting the observance of the General Data Protection Law. The signing of the contracts is done in order to demonstrate that the signatories are really in agreement with the terms established in the document: through a selfie video, the user sends a spoken sentence accepting the terms of the agreement, and the software processes the image and voice, validating content through machine learning.
