It has more than 20 years of experience in the market of original and replacement electronic boards and controls, with electronic solutions for the most diverse types of applications, extensive domain and knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology/Surface Mount) and THT ( Through Hole Technology/ Terminal inserted in the hole), in addition to adequate production to industry 4.0 concepts.
For the SMT process, we have assembly lines with a high level of automation, from loading and unloading components, applying and verifying the quantity of solder paste, or adhesive, through SPI (Solder Paste Inspection). Even the inspection of components at the end of the line is performed automatically, through the AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) process.
Our THT process has fully automatic assembly lines with robots for insertion of components, Lead Free and Tin Lead wave solders, ensuring stability and quality in the process.

The Preform sector, which is dedicated to the treatment and preparation of components, avoids rework and ensures that the assembly flow is optimized and efficient.
The assembly tests and verification of components (MDA) in conjunction with the program function test (FVT), on the other hand, guarantee quality products.
Allied to this, our products have protection against water drops and flames, due to the application of translucent resin V0 (Potting), and humidity, with acrylic varnish (Coating).
The final inspection and packaging of products takes place within the sector to ensure a higher level of quality.
We have an engineering and laboratory dedicated to the development of new projects. In addition to an SMT assembly line dedicated to prototypes, which guarantees robust developments without affecting the productivity of current products.
