Home E Transparency Report

Dear Employees, Customers and Suppliers,

In compliance with the provisions of § 3 of Decree 11795/23 which regulates Federal Law 14611/23 which deals with equal pay and remuneration criteria between women and men, we publish the SALARY TRANSPARENCY AND REMUNERATION CRITERIA REPORT issued by MTE – Ministry of Labor and Employees which, to be better interpreted, presents the following premises:

  1. The database of REPORT is that of RAIS – Annual List of Social Information of the year 2022. Therefore, the data mentioned in REPORT are based on the reality of the end of 2022 and, from that date to the present day, the EMICOL has been implementing several measures and hiring women for different levels of the organization, including management, coordination and supervision;
  2. As everyone knows, currently and for a long time, the EMICOL employs, in greater percentage, women. We have women at all levels of management in the company;
  3. In every hiring process, we clarify that gender, sexual orientation, political party, race, belief, among others, are not requirements for any vacancy offered by EMICOL so that all candidates are treated equally, that is, they compete equally, without any distinction;
  4. The statistical data presented by the MTE on salary differences do not reflect discriminatory practices between men and women who perform the same functions in the EMICOL.
  5. The data from REPORT they only reflect differences in groups of occupations/positions and not in the same functions. For men and women who perform functions identical to EMICOL adopts the same salary range.
  6. A EMICOL, through our CODE OF CONDUCT, adopts programs that promote equality between men and women, with everyone being treated the same way, without distinction.
