The training of the brigade team at Emicol, which took place last weekend, was a crucial initiative to reinforce preparation and response in cases of emergency. During this period, team members were subjected to a series of practical and theoretical activities designed to improve their skills in critical situations.
The training covered various aspects, from advanced firefighting techniques to evacuation procedures and first aid care. Participants were instructed on the proper use of safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers and first aid kits, as well as learning how to quickly identify and respond to different types of emergencies.
Additionally, the training emphasized the importance of effective communication and coordination among team members during a crisis situation. Practical exercises were carried out to simulate real-life scenarios, providing a valuable opportunity to apply acquired knowledge and develop decision-making skills under pressure.
One of the notable innovations of this training was the inclusion of two hearing impaired people, who actively participated in all stages. This pioneering initiative reflects Emicol's commitment to inclusion and diversity, adapting training practices to ensure the full participation of all team members, regardless of their sensory abilities. The presence of these two collaborators not only enriched the learning experience for everyone, but also highlighted the importance of accessibility and equal opportunities in the workplace.
As a result of this intensive training, Emicol's brigade team is better prepared and confident to face any eventuality that may arise, ensuring the safety of all employees and the protection of the company's assets.
