Emicol chosen among the best by the Kaizen Excellence Award
Company creates talent pool of qualified labor and ranks among the top five companies in Quality Excellence

Emicol Eletro Eletrônica, from Itu (SP) was classified among the five best companies in the Quality Excellence category in the 4th edition of the Kaizen Brasil Award held at the end of August, among 180 companies registered.
The Award aims to highlight and recognize organizations and their national projects as an example of good practices in continuous improvement, with the Kaizen methodology.
Among the 180 Brazilian companies inscribed for the award, Emicol was among the 19 finalists and later among the top five in the Quality Excellence category with the Banco de Talentos Project. With this project, entered in this year's Kaizen Award, the company solved a recurring problem of hiring qualified labor.
Several 6 Sigma tools were used in the project, including the DoE, and with the Talent Bank, Emicol's HR Department pre-selected qualified professionals to be hired throughout the year. With this, the hiring of professionals, according to the company's needs, became much faster and more adequate.
The Kaizen Brasil Award includes the categories: Excellence in Productivity, Excellence in Quality, Excellence in the Continuous Improvement System and Excellence in the Growth Strategy.
In addition to contemplating companies for their projects, highlighting them as examples of good practices, the Award has, as its premise, serving as a model for the development of organizations and professionals who seek to improve their management processes.
