Emicol Eletro Eletrônica has developed a solution that will make life easier for technicians who maintain washing machines Brastemp Active BWL 9 liters and BWL 11 liters.

There are currently three versions of the BWL09 washer and three more versions of the BWL11 washer, that is, six plates for the two washers. The new 3X1 plates from Emicol fit the three models of the 9 liter washer and another 3X1 plate replaces the three plates of the 11 liter washer. That is, two cards instead of six.

The development of flexible 3X1 boards was made possible thanks to Emicol's engineering focus, which is dedicated to the development of electronic boards for manufacturers and the aftermarket with the aim of making life easier for technicians who perform field maintenance.

According to the Director of Business Development, Feres Macul Neto, the company seeks to identify the difficulties and problems experienced by technicians in training courses promoted by Emicol throughout Brazil:

“In these training sessions, we listen to technicians and salespeople to really understand what they find about problems. In the case of the BWL boards, it was like this, after feeling the “pains” that the technicians reported, as they had to go to the end customer, dismantle the washing machine to identify which was the model of the electronic board”, explains Feres Macul.

In addition to facilitating and optimizing the work, the 3X1 plates reduce the stocks that stores need to have, since only one Emicol model replaces three models of original plates.

In addition, these plates have the same quality standard as the original, which maintains the originality of the machine and harmonizes with the other various Emicol components already present at the factory in the washers, such as Level Controllers, Brake Actuator and Inlet Valves of water.

Today, 3×1 boards are successful in sales and Emicol's flagship in sales of electronic boards.

According to Sergio Bernardes, sales supervisor for the Aftermarket market in Brazil, the 3X1 board is an innovative project, "because Emicol is listening to customers to solve the problems of those who are really experiencing daily difficulties."
