Electric pumps ensure greater durability, even under critical application conditions
A new sealing system for water drainage pumps in washing machines was developed by Emicol Eletro Eletrônica. This solution ensures greater durability of the set, even under critical application conditions.
The system called “heavy work” and patented by the company, has already entered into production for some appliance manufacturers. Now, the goal is to extend this solution to all products made by the company.
To arrive at this new system, Emicol used specific instrumentation and test equipment, installed in the Experimental Engineering laboratories and through development contracts with specialists from Universities and Research Laboratories.
The entire development was carried out while preserving the existing characteristics of the Emicol product, such as the low noise level and electromagnetic efficiency of the set.
Responsible for removing water from the washing machine, the electric pump is subjected to all kinds of contamination from the water itself and from the clothes being washed. It's hard work that the Emicol product needs to drain quickly and safely.
For the Business Development director, Feres Macul, continuing to innovate with technological solutions that are perceived by the end consumer is what guarantees Emicol “to remain one of the main suppliers for appliance manufacturers in the country and abroad”.
