Interns in the process and automation areas started this month their presentation of proposals for improving production processes at Emicol Eletro Eletrônica.
These presentations are part of the Trilha do Intern program, which aims to develop interns, engineers and technologists, in which each one of them presents to managers and mentors proposals for improvements in the manufacturing areas in order to optimize the company's processes.
Each intern has a mentor assigned to guide routine activities and guide technical and behavioral skills through feedback.
In the Presentation of Improvement Proposals, the intern has the opportunity to present their ideas for improvement and practice their presentation skills to a technical board.
The intention is for the intern to complete the internship and become a more complete professional, not only technically, but also with skills in exposing ideas.
For Peter Willi Friedrich, President of Emicol, "the intern takes us out of the comfort zone, with questions, eagerness to learn and the determination to achieve results in a short period of time”.
“The program also creates spaces to put into practice ideas of course completion work (with academic and professional monitoring), raising the level of the undergraduate and creating relevance of the intern's deliverables in the Emicol environment,” said Roberto Domenice, Operations Manager.
