Although the main destination of Emicol Eletro Eletrônica's products, from Itu (SP), the white goods, retreated by 1,7% (Physical Production IBGE Jan-Nov) in 2018, the company in Brazil managed to grow in the supply to manufacturers of clothes washers, stoves and refrigerators nearly double digits, which qualifies it to project sustainable growth this year and in the future.
The total growth was not greater only because of the decline in exports to Argentina, due to the deep financial crisis in that country. Last year, in addition to growing, Emicol launched several products with new technologies that will be the basis for new and promising businesses.
In the wave of connectivity, Emicol launched on the market of electronic controllers for refrigeration, devices that allow temperature control and other functions through mobile applications, the Internet of Things (IoT). There are already domestic brewers on the market that have Emicol's new technology.
For an increasingly demanding public in terms of style and responsibility to the environment, Emicol has launched several models of water inlet valves for washing machines with the new, modern solenoid, which uses less copper, consumes less energy and allows for greater flexibility to washing machine designers, as it is more compact compared to the traditional concept.
Also in the line of valves for washing machines, Emicol has improved its high-flow concept, which enables a significant reduction in cycle time, which is so important in the daily rush. Considering that more and more high-capacity washers are used, some reaching up to 16kg, the time reduction is even greater.
In a scenario where quality and performance standards are increasingly demanded, Emicol launched electronic refrigerator controllers in the Aftermarket with operating routines that protect any damage to the motor/compressor unit, increasing its durability.
The portfolio of products and solutions for the Aftermarket has increased, with several new items made available to its network of distributors, which means that Emicol can meet an ever-increasing range of needs from its partners.
