Emicol, leader in the manufacture and development of solutions for laundry, refrigeration and cooking, has in its portfolio since 1989 valves for the inlet of water with the most diverse characteristics and configurations, serving different types of applications.
Emicol valves are commonly used in washing machines, but the range of possibilities is wide and the products can be used in drinking fountains, faucets, irrigation systems and even in bakery ovens.
Using the vast engineering knowledge acquired over time, Emicol has developed an innovative water inlet valve. Where, a two-way valve can be used in an application that commonly requires a three-way valve.
This was only possible thanks to Emicol's technical competence, making the product meet strict requirements, where the flow differential between the two outlets is optimized even in low water pressure uses (up to 0,2 Bar).
That's right, the Emicol product, which already has a patent pending, simulates a three-way valve when the two outputs are activated together. Enabling all inputs, such as soap, bleach and fabric softener, to be poured correctly into the washing machine.
In addition to providing a space reduction by having only two outputs, this valve has quick connectors of the RAST 5 type, which is a poka yoke specially designed to avoid connection errors.
It is worth mentioning that all Emicol valves comply with the RoHS (Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances) directive, which is a European directive that regulates the manufacture, import and distribution of electronic and electrical (E&E) equipment, restricting the use of substances hazardous substances such as: Cadmium, Mercury, Lead, Hexavalent Chromium, Bromine and Phthalates.
